Daily performance of the exercises will enable participants to maintain muscle strength and tone while on bed rest. The exercises are performed by founder Darline Turner-Lee while she herself was 40 yrs old and 8 months pregnant with her second child. The exercises adhere to the guidelines set forth by the American College Obstetricians and Gynecologists and by the American College of Sports Medicine.
