Greetings Mamas!!

Today’s Video blog is thanks to Mama on Bedrest Sarah. In an e-mail, Sarah asked me for ways to help prevent blood clots from forming in her legs. In today’s video blog, I share  ways to help prevent blood clots in the legs while on bed rest. With a combination of exercises and massage, Mamas on Bedrest can help prevent potentially life threatening blood clots from forming and then traveling to vital areas of the body and causing major life threatening complications. In the next blog, I’ll share resources and tips Mamas on Bedrest can use to help prevent Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) or blood clots from forming.
